Naturalization of Beauty

Haircutting rituals - Beauty rituals

Service Description

"What memories reside in your hair? Between strands, cycles, and cuts, there is a gesture of pause, of presence and of self-care. Each strand that falls is like a seed." The Naturalization of Beauty is a hair cutting ritual in individual sessions. More than a cut: it's a pause, a listening, a gesture of reconnection with one's own body and with the cycle that is ending. Authentic beauty emerges from within. Each person has a unique presence, their own way of existing and showing themselves. The work is to find that form, returning it with dignity, clarity, and vibrant beauty. The process investigates the image as a living language, through which identity, history, and presence become visible; it also investigates the relationships between identity, self-image, and nonverbal expression, recognizing beauty as a manifestation of authenticity. The dry cut is guided by deep listening: to each person's desires, the shape of their face, the texture of their hair, and the moment in their life they are going through. Visagism and image interpretation serve as tools for recognizing each unique presence, revealing with precision, care, and inherent beauty. The image becomes a tool for recognition, allowing for a more conscious perception of what one wishes to communicate and express to the world. The encounter unfolds in layers of care: aromatherapy and botanical perfumery, herbs, symbolic listening practices, and presence, to integrate the cycle with delicacy, truth, and a rooted beauty. An alchemy that begins with a sigh, a drop, and a memory, and blossoms into a living, sensitive, and constantly transforming beauty. Please come with clean, dry hair, as natural as possible. Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
