Herbal Ritual
From the Feet to the Affection of the Soul
Service Description
“A pause to embrace the present moment An encounter with what within you needs care.” The Herbal Ritual is a space for self-discovery, where art, nature, memory, and spirituality intertwine, guiding you along paths of self-care, inspiration, and transformation. Symbols, gestures, and aromas awaken memories, motivate movement, and open doors to creation. An environment of attention and presence created to promote balance, emotional integration, and conscious self-care. The touch of herbs welcomes, the fragrance envelops, and little by little, body, mind, and spirit harmonize. How it happens: 1. Oracle The cards open the process: they reveal paths, suggest routes, and invite reflection. The oracle transforms care into an intimate dialogue with one's own life, naming what the body already feels and giving symbolic language to what is asking to emerge. Herbal Foot Bath The ritual goes down to the root: a foot bath with medicinal herbs warms, welcomes, and establishes presence. The feet are the first point of contact with the earth, and through them the body begins to reorganize itself. Smudging The smoke from the herbs travels through the body and releases what no longer serves, making room for the new. Art acts as a catalyst: symbols and gestures awaken memories and motivate internal movements. Aromatic Re-energization We explore the seven energy centers (7 chakras) with handcrafted botanical perfumes, in processes interspersed with prayer, chanting, and energetic practices. With guided meditation, mindful breathing, conscious inhalation, and sound vibrations, each aroma finds an energy center and opens an inner universe: what wants to settle, what wants to release, what wants to flourish. Synergy for Home Each participant chooses the perfume that resonates with them, and together we create a living synergy with fresh herbs, a nighttime bath ointment to take home. The body emerges marked with a pleasant scent, with a settled intention, as if it were a leaf bath, sealing the body and clothing the spirit. Duration: 2 hours
